====== Troubleshooting XML MDE State Reports ======

  - Be sure to click verify when doing the state extract on IC export as XML format.
  - Do the same extract as CSV
  - open xml file in Firefox or Chrome
  - open csv file in excel
  - using errors from the xml file locate erroneous records in the csv file.
