===== Timing Features =====
  * once check-in is complete entrant will show up on timing interface
  * timing ui will be password protected
  * once authenticated a timing user can enter any event
  * each event will have a semi-static url
  * event title will be prominently display top center of timing interface
  * entrants will be displayed in scrollable grid sorted smallest to largest
  * current race time will be displayed top of timing ui
  * timing actor can record entrant time by pressing entrant bib button from grid or pressing timer then entering bib #
  * once a entrant has a time assigned it will be removed from the entrant grid
  * if a entrant is removed from the finished roster they will be added back to the entrant grid
  * a finished roster will be accessible on another tab
  * each finished roster entry will have a remove entry, edit time, and edit bib/entrant
