2015 Campus Instruction
Account Settings
Click on 3×3 grid and click on Campus Instruction.
Click on Account Settings in the index pane.
Change Campus tools to Campus Instruction under “Select the application you would prefer to load on Campus log in.”
Click the checkbox for Show Student Picture
Click Save
Grade Book Setup
Grade Calc Options
Click on Grade Book
Click on Settings
Click on Grade Calc Options
Click Continue
Select In Progress Grade under Type
Select 1-12 Sebeka School Scale under Grading Scale
Click on Save
Categories
Click on Categories under “Settings”
Click on the Add button
Enter a name
Enter a weight if you use weighted grading (optional)
Click on the checkbox to select all sections
Click on the Quarter Grade and Semester Test checkbox
Click on Save
Add a Assignment
Click on the + Add button to open the the Add Assignment Dialog
Enter a Name
Enter a Abbreviation
Click the checkbox by “Quarter Grade” under Grading Tasks
Make sure the correct category is selected
Enter Total points possible
Click Save
Post Grades (with Grade Book)
Click on Post under In Progress
Ensure Term and Task are correct
Click the OK button
Post Grades (Grade by Task/Grade by Student)
Click Post Grades under the Index
Click on Post by Student to switch to grading by student
Term, Section, Task/Student are selected on the top of the screen
