Update Typing Instructor

In C:\vol1\Type Intruct remove all but data and ta.cmd
Run C:\vol1\acad_backup\File Server.EXE
Enter \\academyserver\Type Intruct as a path
Run C:\vol1\Type Intruct\Tools\AdCon.exe
Enter TIAdmin as a password
