Windows 10 Fix Start Menu

This is a fix for when you click on the start menu and nothing happens

First login as another user since too many files will be open to fix the currently active user
Goto explorer and enable viewing of hidden files and protected operating files
then go to your profile directory/folder %USERPROFILE% or C:\Users\<Useranme>
enter .\AppData
delete the Microsoft directory from Roaming, Local, and LocalLow
now copy a copy of C:\Users\<Useranme>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft from a newly created user
finally, make sure that the user in question has access to everything under C:\Users\<Useranme>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft
